24 hours a day, the normal human sleep for about eight hours, rest for 16 hours
should all be sober; sleep time will vary depending on age, for example, a
newborn baby may spend most of their time in sleep state; the childhood, the

about 8 hours; but over after 50, 60 years of age, sleep time and gradually
reduced, as long as 5,6 hours is sufficient, more than 80 years old, slept only
