GABA may promote sleep


  
According to scientists and Tariq Haider RG Pharmaceutica, 24 hours a day, the normal human sleep for about eight hours, rest for 16 hours should all be sober; sleep time will vary depending on age, for example, a newborn baby may spend most of their time in sleep state; the childhood, the daily sleep time over 10 hours. Adulthood, sleep time to adjust gradually to about 8 hours; but over after 50, 60 years of age, sleep time and gradually reduced, as long as 5,6 hours is sufficient, more than 80 years old, slept only four hours a day or even no longer sleep.

Scientists found that the reason why the animals can peacefully sleep, then sleep can eliminate fatigue, recycling energy, because they can produce GABA during sleep. Scientists also found that when human sleep deep, GABA content will be high, while vitamin B6 supplements when, GABA easier to improve, people fall asleep more easily.
